Residential Inspections

Are you building a new home? I will come out during different phases of construction to make sure your home is being built according to expectations.
11th Month Inspection
This inspection is critical in finding defects in your home which may have occurred during your homebuilders warranty timeframe.

What We Inspect
A home inspection is a visual examination of the homes major structure, which includes the systems and components below that are visible and safely accessible to an inspector. Buying a home is typically the biggest investment you will ever make, which is why it is important to get a home inspector who can find and document defects that may or may not be obvious to you as a prospective buyer.
