A home is likely the largest purchase you will ever make, so it is important to understand the current condition of your investment. I will conduct a non-invasive evaluation of the homes structure, systems and components. While a home inspection can’t reveal every concern that exists, it will give you the tools needed to make an informed home-buying decision. Starting at $350
FULL HOME INSPECTION
Are you building a new home? I will come out during different phases of the construction process to make sure your home is being built according to your expectations. I can make sure the work has been done correctly before the builders crew moves forward. I will also come out prior to your homes completion to help you and your builder devise a punch list of anything remaining to be done. This is not an inspection for your contractor, but rather an inspection for your peace of mind going forward. Starting at $350
NEW CONSTRUCTION INSPECTION
The 11-Month Warranty Inspection is an inspection just before the builders warranty expires. This inspection is critical in finding defects in your home which may have occurred during your homebuilders warranty timeframe, generally 1 year. Scheduling is important as you will me want to complete the inspection while you still have about a month left to make any necessary claims to your homebuilder before the warranty expires. 11th MONTH INSPECTION
Rather you’re a new or a veteran homeowner, an annual inspection can key in on things you have not noticed while finding any problems that have developed during the past year. ANNUAL HOME MAINTENANCE INSPECTION
A commercial building inspection is meant to identify the current condition of the property and identify any repairs that may be needed. Everything from the interior of the building to the ventilation and air conditioning system will be checked during a commercial building inspection. Starting at $0.20 per square foot
COMMERCIAL BUILDING INSPECTION
Something that separates me from other inspectors is that I have passed the FAA Part 107 Exam and am a UAV licensed remote drone pilot which allows me to conduct aerial inspections with ease. I use a state-of-the-art DJI Mavic 3 Enterprise Thermal unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) to capture images of unsafe or hard-to-access areas, such as tall roofs or large commercial structures. I can find issues that would otherwise not be properly inspected and reported. No roof is to steep for me to properly inspect.
DRONE INSPECTION - $150 + INFRARED ADD $50
I use an infrared camera to find problems that are not apparent to the naked eye. An infrared camera translates heat signatures of your home into colors on a gradient scale, with higher temperatures appearing as lighter colors and lower temperatures appearing as darker colors. By evaluating these images I can detect sources of energy loss, locate areas of moisture intrusion, pinpoint dangerous hot spots in the electrical system, and uncover other problems such as flue leaks in the chimney which can lead to carbon monoxide poisoning.
INFRARED INSPECTION - $75
Do you need a roof inspection performed for insurance or other purposes? I can perform a standalone roof inspection and evaluate its overall current condition.
ROOF INSPECTION - $100
I can conduct a standalone inspection of your onsite wastewater septic system and evaluate its overall current condition and advise you of my findings. If the system is overloaded I can recommend further steps you can take to remedy the problem.
