ABOUT 

I have an extensive background in home and commercial construction. After attending college as a Construction Management major, I owned and operated a construction company which built both residential and commercial properties. After having spent the majority of our life in Alaska, my wife and I decided to relocate to Oklahoma. I have since left the building and construction industry and have become a Certified Home Inspector.

 

I have completed the InterNACHI® Certified Professional Inspector Program as well as the Oklahoma State Inspectors Exam. I have also completed many other advanced courses to enhance my inspection knowledge and capabilities. 

 

Something that separates me from other inspectors is that I have passed the FAA Part 107 Exam and am a UAS licensed remote drone pilot which allows me to conduct aerial inspections and photographs. I am equipped with a DJI Mavic 3 Enterprise Thermal Drone that has an advanced infrared camera. No roof is to steep or big for me to properly inspect.

I also own and operate a 4-wheel drive robot vehicle with a gimbal camera for gaining access into tight spaces, such as crawlspaces. With this robot I can take still photos and videos while inspecting hard to reach locations.
